Welcome to the Information Technology Department.  The department is proud to provide for all aspects of technology in Putnam City Schools. Our commitment is to provide a robust network and great support for our staff and students.  

The following items are not accepted as donations under any circumstances:

• Desktop computers, laptops, tablets, or similar computing devices

• Monitors, displays, or interactive panels

• Printers, scanners, or peripherals

• Network equipment, servers, storage devices, or accessories

• Any used, refurbished, or new technology equipment not procured through District-approved channels

The District does not accept donations of computers, monitors, peripherals, or related technology equipment from individuals, organizations, or entities. To maintain consistency, cybersecurity, instructional effectiveness, and long-term sustainability, all technology used by the District must conform to the District Technology Standards and be procured through approved District purchasing processes.

The District may accept monetary donations designated for technology purposes, provided such funds are used solely for the purchase of technology that meets District Technology Standards and is approved by the District.
