The form below is for any independent organization, individual, or external entity that is separate from the District and wishes to request sideline access to an athletic event for media purposes.

This form must be submitted no fewer than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event. Approval must be obtained prior to entering a venue or capturing content. Completing this form does not automatically grant approval.

*Local major media outlets do not need to complete the form and will be granted sideline access by showing proper media credentials at the gate.

LOCAL MEDIA:

Putnam City Schools appreciates coverage from our media partners. In order to ensure there are no disruptions to our students and staff, media must receive permission from the District Communications Department before conducting interviews, shooting pictures or video or otherwise entering a Putnam City Schools campus during the school day.

All interviews with Putnam City Schools staff or students must also be approved ahead of time by the District's Communications Director.
