In a life-or-death moment, Putnam City Speech Language Pathologist, Ms. Jassie Zaidi, had no hesitation. At Will Rogers Elementary, Ms. Zaidi noticed a student choking at lunch and courageously jumped into action, performing the Heimlich Maneuver and dislodging the stuck food. Because of Ms. Zaidi, the student still went home safely.
