If you looked up impressive in the dictionary, you would find Victoria Nwankwo, senior at Putnam City North High School. She is one of two students from Oklahoma who has been selected to represent the state at the US Senate Youth Program in March. This is an all-expense paid trip to Washington DC for a week to learn all the workings of our government. Additionally, she receives a $10,000 scholarship for undergraduate study.
