As you prepare to send your children back to school, there’s a great deal of information you need. Below is information about schedule pickup, bus routes, school lunches, immunization and more.

Cooper Middle School

  • All grades, schedule pick up, Aug. 14, 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 12:30-2:30 p.m.

Hefner Middle School

  • Grade 6 schedule pick up and meet the teacher event, Aug. 13, 3:30-5:30 p.m.
  • Grade 7 schedule pick up, Aug. 12, 9-11 a.m.
  • Grade 8 schedule pick up, Aug. 12, 1- 3 p.m.

Mayfield Middle School

  • Grade 7 schedule pickup, Wednesday, Aug. 14, 8-10 a.m.
  • Grade 8 schedule pickup, Wednesday, Aug. 14, noon-2 p.m.
  • Grade 6 schedule pickup and orientation, Wednesday Aug. 14, 4-6 p.m.
    Office closed for lunch 11 a.m.-noon
  • Parents As Partners Informational Meeting (more info to come), Aug. 29th, 5-6 p.m.

Western Oaks Middle School

  • All grades, information day and schedule pick up, Aug. 14, 10 a.m.-noon

Putnam City Academy

  • Middle school schedule pick up, Aug. 15, 10 a.m.-noon

What Should You Bring?

  • All 7th graders should bring to schedule pick up day their proof of the TDAP immunization.
  • Students at Cooper, Hefner, Mayfield and Western Oaks middle schools should bring current water, gas or electric bill when they pick up their schedule.
  • Students at Capps Middle School should bring a current water, gas or electric bill on the first day of school.

Students at all high schools should bring a current water, gas or electric bill when they pick up their schedule.

Putnam City High School

  • Grade 9 Pirate Crew Camp, Aug. 15, 8 a.m.-noon
  • All grades schedule pick up, Aug. 15, 1-3 p.m.

Putnam City North High School

  • Grades 10, 11 and 12 schedule pick up, Aug. 14, 8 a.m.-noon
  • Grade 9 Panther Palooza, Aug. 14, 8 a.m.-noon
  • Grade 9 schedule pick up, Aug. 14, noon-1 p.m.

Putnam City West High School

  • Grade 11-12 schedule pick up  Aug. 9, 9 a.m.-noon
  • Grade 9 -10 schedule pick up, Aug. 9, 1-3 p.m.

Students who cannot pick up their schedule at dates and times shown above may pick up schedules in the school’s main office starting Aug.12. 

Putnam City Academy

  • High school schedule pick up, Aug. 15, 10 a.m.-noon.

What Should You Bring?

  • Students at Putnam City High School and Putnam City Academy should bring a current water, gas or electric bill when they pick up their schedules.
  • Students at Putnam City North High School should bring a current water, gas or electric bill to their Panther time teacher during the first week of school.
  • Students at Putnam City West High School should bring a current water, gas or electric bill to the principal’s office in August.

  • Putnam City North High School open house, meet-the-teacher night, parents’ general information meeting, booster club sales, food trucks, pep rally, Sept. 5, 6-8 p.m.

Make sure your child is up-to-date on immunizations in English or Spanish.
