For the convenience of parents, Putnam City Schools has district enrollment is available online year-round. Enrollment is done online or at the District Enrollment Office if you have a specific situation listed below.
Below is information you’ll need to enroll your child in Putnam City schools.
Who Should Enroll
All students who are new to the district as well as students who have moved within the district (and the move requires a change of schools) must begin the enrollment process online here.
Where to Enroll
All enrollment takes place online at https://www.putnamcityschools.org/enrollment. You will only need to physically come to the district enrollment office if you need to complete a Residency Affidivit or a Power of Attorney form. The district enrollment office located at the Putnam City Center, 5604 N.W. 41st. The entrance to the enrollment office is on the north side of the building and the parking lot is located across the street to the north. Signs near the street indicate the parking areas.

Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm
Enrollment Office Hours During the Summer (May 23rd to July 15th)
Hours are Monday through Thursday 7am to 2:30pm, and Friday 7am to 11:30am
