Putnam City Schools is able to provide internet access for families in need of adequate internet service at home directly to student’s device at no cost to the family for the 2022-2023 school year.

Students in grades 6-12 will all be assigned iPads that they will be able to take home with them to help facilitate learning.

Internet service is being provided through Federal ESSER funds.

This form is to be completed by the parent/guardian.
