Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)

Putnam City Public School District is committed to aiding students and staff in creating a 21st century learning environment.  Students and staff are able to access the district's robust 5GHz wireless network with their personal devices (smart phones, laptops, tablets, etc). With classroom teacher approval, students may use their own devices to access the internet and collaborate with other students. The district recognizes that we are growing 21st century students and recognize the resources that many carry around with them every day. By allowing students to use their own technology we are hoping to increase the access all students have to the technology they need to succeed.

The BYOD network is available in all Putnam City campus locations and is open to all students and district employees.
