Parents as Teachers
Educational Meetings
Parents meet monthly to enhance their parenting knowledge, gain new insights and share their experiences, concerns and successes. Formal presentations cover a variety of matters, including topics such as dental health, nutritious snacks, toy safety, early brain development and parent and child activities.
In addition to parenting knowledge, group meetings provide opportunities for parents to learn from one another, share common experiences and concerns and develop lasting friendships and form new support networks.
