Need Some Drama in Your Life?

Hefner Middle School One-Act Plays
Hefner Middle School drama students will present two delightful one-act comedies at 6 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 18. First-hour play production will present Archie of the Amazon, and second-hour play production will present Once Upon A Wolf. The productions are involving 57 eighth-grade drama students in auditions, casting, memorizing, blocking, designing and building sets, costumes and props.

Tickets are $3 for adults and $2 for students.

Putnam City North High School Production
Putnam City North High School students will present Israel Horovitz’s adaptation of Charles Dicken’s A Christmas Carol: Scrooge & Marley at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 30, and Thursday, Dec. 2. The performance will take place in the Putnam City North Performing Arts Center, 11800 N. Rockwell.

Putnam City North High School Debate and Drama Tourney
The annual Putnam City debate and drama tourney is scheduled for Dec. 10-11. Parents are needed to provide meals for judges and run the concession stand. Parents and former students with debate and drama experience are needed to judge.
