There are still two meetings employees may attend to learn more about their health-care options.

» Wednesday, Oct. 6, 4:15 p.m., Putnam City High School Large Cafeteria

Reminders
» All PacifiCare members must choose a new health carrier. PacifiCare will not be available Jan. 1, 2005.
» If you have vision currently you must re-enroll in order to have it Jan. 1, 2005.
» Deadline: all changes must be in the insurance office by Oct. 20, 2004.
