Catherine Carnline of Putnam City North will receive the prestigious Eva Robinson Award on Wednesday, Feb. 9, from the Oklahoma Federation of the Council for Exceptional Children. The award is for extraordinary lifetime service in special education.

Katrina Springer of Kenneth Cooper Middle School was the Heartland Rotary Club Teacher of the Month for January. In February, the club will honor Randy Reed of Mayfield Middle School.

Daralyn Loveless, marketing education teacher at Putnam City West High School, has been named National Marketing Education Teacher of the Year by the Marketing Education Association and the Association of Career and Technical Educators (ACTE).
