ParentCONNECT
An Online Way for Parents to Follow Their Child's Academic Progress

ParentCONNECT is an online service that offers parents free access to their children’s school information. Parents of all students can view their students demographic information, attendance, immunization records as well as school announcements. Parents of students in grades 3-12 can also view student assignments and grades. In addition, the site provides an easy way to trade e-mails with teachers, and parents can choose to receive automatic e-mail updates on unexplained absences, missing homework, poor grades and more.

To insure privacy, parents’ access to ParentCONNECT is password protected and linked only to their child.

Signing Up for ParentCONNECT
ParentCONNECT is available to every parent/legal guardian who has a child enrolled in a Putnam City school and is listed as the parent on the student’s enrollment records. Before you register, please read answers to commonly asked questions at Frequently Asked Questions about ParentConnect.

Within five working days after registering online, parents will receive email notification that their registration has been completed.  After receiving notification,  the registered parent  must visit the district’s ParentCONNECT office at 5401 N.W. 40th to obtain this information.

For confidentiality and security reasons, only the parent registered in the system can obtain the registration information.    Parents must provide photo ID to obtain the codes.  Students will not be allowed to pick up the password information for the parent.  UserID and passwords will not be given over the phone, via e-mail or by fax.
