      1. Putnam City West Girls Soccer Team to Gatlinburg, TN, March 28-31, 2019 to compete in the Smoky Mountain Cup Invitational Soccer Tournament.
      2. Putnam City West Boys Basketball Team to Wichita Falls, TX, November 3, 2018 to compete in the Elite 14 Super Scrimmages.
      3. Putnam City West Boys Basketball Team to Dallas, TX, November 24-25, 2018 to compete in the Thanksgiving Hoops Fest.

7. Consideration of and vote on recommendation of employment of new personnel and reassignments as listed on Attachment A.

8. Consideration of and vote on motion to approve Resolution for the Putnam City School District Annual Election to the Oklahoma County Election Board.

9. Consideration of and vote on motion to approve Memorandum of Understanding with K20 Center for a Gear Up Grant program to improve graduation rates and college enrollment for students at Capps Middle School, Cooper Middle School and Putnam City High School. (No Cost to District) .

10. Consideration of and vote on motion to approve Contract with Northwest Optimist for use of soccer fields for practice facilities by Putnam City High School. ($2,500 from 19-11-066)

11. Consideration of and vote on new business.
