9.  Consideration of and vote on motion to approved lowest/best bid from Innovative Mechanical for work at the Mayfield Middle School gym.  ($88,000 from 37-259)

10.  Consideration of and vote on motion to approve the purchase of buses using State Contract  pricing from Midwest Bus Company.

11.  Consideration of and vote on motion to approve revisions to District Policy EH – Student Conduct.

12.  Consideration of and vote on motion to change the attendance boundaries for Kirkland  Elementary.
